In Store Return and Exchanges
Please note that if the purchase was made using cash, a refund WILL NOT be issued unless the store is notified three (3) business days in advance of attainment of the refund.
Holiday Gift Return and Exchange Policy
- Holiday gifts bought from November 1st of each year can be returned or exchanged up until January 15th of the next year. Past this date, all sales are FINAL.
- If purchase was discounted or on sale, it can only be exchanged. Any items 50% off or more are non-refundable or exchangeable.
- ALL purchases made on Black Friday or Boxing Day are FINAL SALE.
- Products must be in ORIGINAL condition with original box and receipt in order to be returned, exchanged.
For regular priced items:
Returns must be made within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order, and will be given in the original form of payment.
Receipt must be provided for refund. Product must be in original condition and with original packaging.
For sale items:
Sale items that are less than 50% off may be returned for store credit within 7 days of receiving.
Sale items that are 50% off or more are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
*Items to be exchanged or returned must be in original condition with original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt, contact us immediately if item is damaged or if you received incorrect item, we will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please note: We do not accept returns for international orders. All orders, except those shipped to Canada, are FINAL SALE.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Sina Footwear will happily accept back your purchase should you change your mind, as long as it is in new resaleable condition! Please follow the 4 simple steps below for easy returns:
1. Repackage the item you wish to return in the packaging it arrived in or inside another exterior wrapping. The original shoe box must be included for a return.
2. Do not tape labels or apply stamps to the product box, it must have an exterior wrapping.
3. Enclose in the package the original receipt and a note detailing the reason for your return.
4. Take the item with its clearly attached return label to the shipping carrier of your choice. PLEASE NOTE: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
5. For orders that received free delivery, please be aware that a restocking fee equal to the cost of the initial shipping label, covered by the store, will be applied. If you would like to inquire about the cost of the initial shipping label, please email us at info@sinafootwear.ca.
6. All returns are to be mailed to: Sina Footwear, Unit 1667, 1632 14 Avenue N.W., Calgary, AB, T2N 1M7
You will be notified once returned item is received and inspected, you will then be notified if refund was approved. Once approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please note, it may take 3-5 days for your credit card company to process and post the refund.
For Canadian returns please return your item to us within 14 days in new, resaleable condition.

COD returns will not be accepted. All products sent COD will be returned to the buyer at a cost to the buyer.
Online orders may also be returned in person at our Northhill Mall Location, Address: Unit 1667, 1632 14 Avenue N.W., Calgary, AB, T2N 1M7.
We do not accept online exchanges currently, should you wish to exchange an item please place a new order for the item and return the other item to us following the above steps.
If these return specifications are not met, we may not be able to properly process your return. As well, we are not responsible for the loss or damage of return shipments, so we suggest that you package your return shipment protectively and send by registered mail or courier.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Bridal and wedding footwear cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Order Cancelation
To Cancel the order that wasn't sent Please call us at (403) 475-1624 Mon-Sat 10 am - 6 pm, or Email us at info@sinafootwear.ca anytime.
If the order was already sent, you will be able to return it and receive the money back only after receiving and sending back the order.
